Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fairly clean trendy boutique hotel with incredibly welcoming staff. Unique retro room with a comfy bed. Great setting, next door to restaurants and pubs. Found in a secure area.

The front desk office was locked during listed hours!!! It was concerning to have no staff available for check-in or check-out assistance!!!

It had a nice location just off the pub.

The harwood hill motel was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety like bagels and yogurt. Plus, it's just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown. I really loved the vintage feel of the place-it was like a cozy hall with charm.

The room was super cozy and super clean, and the scenery around was gorgeous. Plus, we loved the picnic tables outside for breakfast. The only bummer was not enough parking when we returned. Still, we can't wait to come back and explore more hiking trails!

I gotta say the cozy atmosphere was really something else. The owners were super nice. The breakfast with fresh apples from the orchard across was a nice touch, you wouldn't believe how good they tasted!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were really nice too ensure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt options. The WiFi signal was quite weak . The staff apologized for it, mentioning they were working to fix it, but it was a bit inconvenient for me. Despite that, the atmosphere and service were nice.
